Packed

It's 3pm on Saturday as I write this, and we're almost alllll packed. AHHHH can I tell you how happy this makes me feel? For those who are fans of Friends, I'm kind of like Monica Geller in how I obsess over things like that.

Oh, and the bags are under the weight limit.

And there's room to spare.

The contents are so incredibly organized, too. Have a cold? All cold medicines are in the plastic ziplock labeled, "Cold." Tummy troubles? Find the "Tummy" bag. Need sunscreen or bug spray? It's in the bag labeled, "skin." Need a quick shower before rushing off somewhere? Grab the "Shower" bag. Toothpaste and spare brushes are in the "tooth" bag. Including extra toothbrushes in case we rinse the brush in tap water on accident.

And on and on it goes.

The clothing suitcase is organized like this:
Hong Kong clothing on top for our two nights there.

We might get the baby only hours after flying into Nanchang that Sunday. We need to bring the gift bags for the nannies to "Gotcha Day" so their gifts and bags are right under the Hong Kong items, which will be placed on the bottom of bag when done.

The diaper back pack will be ready to go before we even get on the plane to Nanchang.

Baby toys and items for the moments after Gotcha Day are next in the suitcase.

All of this and a Mandarin lesson this morning with my friend in China.

And it's only 3pm. Hours to go before I sleep. Hours to go before I sleep.
