If I can't get to the Great Wall, the Great Wall will come to me

Travel Approval, anyone? Consulate Appointment, anyone?

My head is about to pop off from TA/CA jitters.

Making me nervous is the lack of available flights combined with the outrageous flight prices. I fear we'll have to leave a day early or stay a day later.

Ok! Time to put it out of my head until it actually happens.

YEAH RIGHT! I don't work that way.

This morning my 3 year old took my hand and took me into the TV room. She showed me a stack of books that she had lined up from one end of the room to the other. She said so proudly, "Here Mommy. I brought the Great Wall of China to you!"

And people wonder why we want another child!
